Treatment Coordinator and Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Being a part of Evans Orthodontics for over 30 years has been a very rewarding experience for Adele. She thoroughly enjoys assisting Drs. Evans' through the new patient examination and consultation and will help with answering your questions about the benefits of orthodontic treatment and the financial aspects of your orthodontic care. Adele's goal is to facilitate ongoing communication in a supportive and caring environment. Adele is a certified orthodontic assistant through the Dental Assisting National Board, and also a member of the Treatment Coordinators component of the Super Schulman Orthodontic Study Club, which consists of the top treatment coordinators in the country.

Adele and her husband, Jim, feel very blessed to have their two sons and daughters-in-law live nearby. They treasure the time spent with their four young grandsons. Adele also enjoys reading, gardening and camping in her leisure time.

Debbie has been in the dental field for over 15 years. She received her certification in Dental Assisting after completing the Dental Assisting program in Appleton, WI. Debbie then received her Orthodontic Assisting certification in 1995. She keeps these certifications up to date by attending various courses on orthodontic techniques. Currently Debbie is enrolled in the Dental Hygiene program to further her dental career.

When not working, she enjoys reading, gardening singing in her church choir, and spending time with her husband, Kevin, son Alex, and baby daughter Katie.

Laboratory Technician and Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Sue has been a part of the Evans Orthodontics team since June 1995. She assists the patients by introducing them to the world of orthodontics through taking their initial photographs, x-rays, and dental impressions. Sue also makes many of the retainers, and works as an orthodontic chairside assistant.

When not in the office, Sue enjoys sewing, church activities, scrapbooking, and making her own greeting cards. Her family includes her husband, Ken, her son, Mike, and daughter and son-in-law, Sara and Bud. This year Sue discovered the delightful joy of being a grandma with the birth of Sara and Bud’s son, Grayson.

Carrie has been in the orthodontic field for over14 years, receiving her certificate in orthodontic assisting in 1997. She keeps her certification up to date by attending courses and seminars on orthodontic bonding techniques and patient management. An additional responsibility for Carrie is to maintain clinical supplies.

Outside of working at Evans Orthodontics Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband, Troy. Troy and Carrie have two children, Tyler and Branyan. Much of her spare time is spent attending Tyler’s sporting events. Branyan, who was born with Down Syndrome, has special needs keeping them very busy. When she has any extra time Carrie enjoys spending time at the family owned winery business, Vetro Winery in Sullivan, WI.

"Laurie" has been with Evans Orthodontics since August 1998. The first 4 1/2 years she worked as an assistant and now is the Financial Coordinator. She keeps up with current financial options by attending various insurance and financial management courses to help patients with their financial needs.

When Laurie is not at the office, she enjoys volleyball and attending her twin sons' sporting events. Much of Laurie's spare time is spent with her family which includes her husband, Greg; twin sons, Zack and Andrew; their yellow lab, Emily; and golden retriever, Sam.

Patient Manager

Jackie has been in the dental field since August 2000. She received her initial training and radiology experience through the United States Military, and has been in the orthodontic area since August 2001. Jackie is a clinical orthodontic chairside assistant and is responsible for cephalometric tracings and photography in our office.

When Jackie is not working in our office, she enjoys working on her home with her husband, Bob, and spending time with their three sons, Marc, Roman, and Seth.

Patient Manager

Arielle started working with Evans Orthodontics in June 2003. She is in responsible for our digital photography and also works as a receptionist and an orthodontic assistant.

Arielle is attending WCTC to continue her education.

When not working, Arielle enjoys spending time with her family. Arielle’s favorite pastimes includes reading, writing and listening to music.

Laboratory Technician and Patient Manager

Peggy is one of our team members who specializes in laboratory work. Her skills in orthodontics and as a dental laboratory technician have been learned and perfected through 20 years in the field. In the laboratory, her work is meticulous as she carefully crafts the appliances used in orthodontic treatments. She especially enjoys chairside orthodontic assisting with patients in our office.

When not working, Peggy is busy with her husband, Bruce, and four children. Favorite hobbies include gardening, decorating, reading, fishing, and aerobic walking.

Patient Manager

Nancy has worked in the orthodontic profession for over 24 years, with experience in the laboratory, fabricating orthodontic retainers and processing study models, and as an orthodontic chair side assistant.

When not working, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband, Don, and going to her son, Jonathan’s sporting events. Nancy also has a daughter, Nikki, who is attending the University of LaCrosse. Nikki runs cross country and track for UW LaCrosse. Nancy’s favorite pastimes include reading, baking, and flower gardening.
